About Rebecca

Rebecca Goodman is an estate planning and elder law attorney. She practices in the area of Medicaid planning, guardianship, probate estate administration, nursing home advocacy, Medicare and private insurance claims, veterans’ benefits, trusts, and estate planning.

A Cincinnati native, Rebecca holds a J.D. degree from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She was a staff writer for The Cincinnati Enquirer from 1999-2009.

She is a member of the Ohio Bar, admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, and accredited by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. A resident of Hyde Park, she serves on the board of trustees of Hyde Park Center for Older Adults. Her office is in Sycamore Township. She serves clients in Hamilton, Butler, Clermont and Warren counties in Southwest Ohio.
